These rules are subject to change. By no means should you believe that a malevolent or 'cheaty' action is okay simply because it isn't listed. Failure to abide by these rules can result in termination of your forums account and/or permanent IP-banning on both the forums and the server depending on severity.

1. Attempts to disrespect fellow users will not be tolerated.


Under this rule you may not:

I. Attempt to discriminate against others because of race, creed, culture, gender, sex, ethnicity, nationality, or otherwise;
II. Attempt to bring personal, previously private conflicts into public view on the forums or the server outside of contacting staff;
III. Attempt to harrass, bully, otherwise intimidate or hurt another user intentionally; or intentionally spoil the time they spend on the server or the forums by making them feel unsafe;
IV. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.


2. Attempts to solicit personal information and/or sexual encounters will not be tolerated.


Under this rule, you may not:

I. Attempt to get information about a user's address, place of work, school, government issued identifications, or other sensitive personal information;
II. Attempt to involve other users in a sexual encounter of any kind (such as 'cyber-sex', 'phone sex', or any others) OOC while on the forums or the server;
III. Attempt to RP a sexual encounter that elevates past a PG-13 rating (mild kissing and sensuality is the limit) without fading to black;
IV. Attempt to post or talk about any form of pornographic content on the forums or the server;
V. Attempt to spread, share, or otherwise communicate another user's personal information or sexual encounters with other users;
VI. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.


3. Attempts to prevent or sully the experience of other users while on the forums and the server will not be tolerated.


Under this rule, you may not:

I. Attempt to prevent rp 'scenes' (an event or string of events) without reason and staff allowance;
II. Attempt to derail, unbalance, or otherwise disrupt rp scenes;
III. Attempt to garner unfair advantages for yourself or other users;
IV. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.


4. Attempts to threaten the safety and security of the forums, the server, or the users thereof, will not be tolerated.


Under this rule, you may not:

I. Attempt to threaten to launch attacks such as those known as 'DDOS' and 'Hacking' or others;
II. Attempt to use slander and/or libel to discredit or harm the forums, the server, or users thereof;
III. Attempt to threaten any of the users or staff with the above;
IV. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.


5. Attempts to harm or prosecute users of the forums and server will not be tolerated.


Under this rule, you may not:

I. Attempt to bring physical, mental, or emotional harm to other users in any way, including those not stated in rules 2 or 3;
II. Attempt to punish other users in any way for the perceived breach of the TOS or rules provided by staff;
III. Attempt to enforce server and/or forums wide outcast of other users for perceived slights or breaches of the TOS or rules provided by staff;
IV. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.


6. Attempts to cause harm, mayhem, disruption, damages, or other negative effects towards the server and/or the forums and/or the users thereof will not be tolerated.

Under this rule, you may not:

I. Attempt to do any malevolent acts that contradict the spirit of these rules because they are not listed;
II. Or attempt to pressure another user into attempting any of the above.
